Sales of waterfront properties recorded through the MLS® System for the Lakelands region numbered 204 units in September 2019. This was a decrease of 10.5% from September 2018.
On a year-to-date basis, waterfront sales totalled 1,347 units over the first nine months of the year, falling 5% from the same period in 2018.
The median price for waterfront property sales in September 2019 was $537,501, rising 2.9% from September 2018.
The total dollar value of all waterfront sales in September 2019 was $140.9 million, an 11.7% decline from the same month in 2018.
