Three of the spacious bedrooms each have their own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. There are several quiet areas for working on your business while you are spending time in Muskoka. The forth bedroom is ideal for young children or an artist’s studio due to its proximity to the master suite.
The boathouse (refurbished in 2005) exudes “olde” Muskoka charm with all the creature comforts. Gorgeous views down lake Joseph, listen to the call of the loons on the covered porch. Let your guests enjoy their own private suite on the second storey of this charming boathouse retreat. The two covered boat slips are accommodating for splendid watercrafts given their width of 10’2 & 12’ and length of 27’.
There are acres of level, gentle land to roam and run and play or just enjoy the serenity of nature. The possibilities for the use of the lands are as endless as limits of your imagination. Two separately deeded lots allow for the building of a second cottage of a minimum of 750 square feet up to the maximum of 7,500 square feet as well as a second boathouse on the existing cottage property….or leave everything the way it is and enjoy!
The large garage allows for plenty of storage for all your toys as well as space for a woodworking shop or whatever else your hobby interests might be. The garage is also the home to a 45KW (75 hour capacity) diesel generator which will power the entire property, both cottage and boathouse.
